We perform multi-manufacturer repairs on all types of laboratory equipment. We use manufacturers checklist for repair and preventive maintenance where applicable. Evaluations are performed on site.

If a part or module requires replacement a verbal quote and an estimate will be forwarded for approval. All parts or modules will be warrantied for 1 year from installation date, unless otherwise noted. All our repairs are performed efficiently, quickly, and at a lower cost than most OEM’s.

Frequency of use, complexity of the device and the criticality of the device should be considered when determining the maintenance schedule of any instrument in your laboratory. All maintenance task for any instrument is determined by the original equipment manufacturer and the experience of the technicians performing these maintenance functions. In most cases we are more thorough than the manufacturer. Our team can help you reduce the cost of maintenance services.
